Has it been a while since you did any exercise? Don't be daunted, take the first step - it's never too late to get in shape and start looking after your body!
Before you start you'll have a full consultation with Dave, which includes:
- current fitness assessment
- flexibility and posture assessment
- blood pressure check
- body fat analysis
- lifestyle analysis
Dave will discuss your lifestyle and medical history in depth which helps him create a unique fitness plan for you using S.M.A.R.T objectives.
Shaping Up
If you want to get fit and haven't exercised for years, don't worry, you'll be in experienced hands. Dave will start off with a beginner's conditioning program, and you'll work from there. If your goal is weight loss, Dave will ask you to keep a meal diary, and he's qualified to give nutritional advice to help you keep on track. You'll check in weekly on the scales if necessary too. The regular sessions in the gym will push you and challenge you - working with a trainer enables you do more than you ever thought possible. You get out what you put in, and if you focus, Dave will help you acheive your goals.
