When you're feeling fitter and ready to move on, this is the next step. If you've always been active, but lead a busy life and need motivation to fit in your exercise - this is how to do it! Train with Dave for optimal results in:

What does this involve?
Once you're past step one, and ready to progress, the gym sessions will change. Dave will increase the intensity of the weights, and you'll start to use different equipment as your strength improves and you gain more control over your body.
Dave will start to do more circuit based training sessions, with kettle bells, squats and deadlifts - all designed to maintain and improve your fitness and strength.
